Tūturu has worked closely with organisations Alcohol Healthwatch and the Adolescent Health Research Group over time.

These orgs are hosting a series of webinars which discuss findings from the Youth2000 adolescent health survey.

Their next webinar, Understanding & addressing alcohol harm among rangatahi Māori, is happening on Tuesday 15 November 2022, 12pm–1pm.

The webinar will provide an overview of findings about alcohol use and harm among rangatahi Māori at secondary school, present alcohol use trends, risk and protective factors for higher-risk drinking, and experiences of alcohol harm as reported by rangatahi.

The expert panel will consider what the findings mean for policy and community action to reduce alcohol harm. What can we do to make a difference?

Intended for policy makers, community leaders, youth workers and anyone with an interest in this important kaupapa to attend.
