Alcohol and other drugs are part of the world young people are growing up in. Secondary schools are well placed to help students build the knowledge and skills to navigate that world confidently.
Tūturu has developed a range of resources that support schools to include alcohol and other drug education as part of a broader, proactive approach to student wellbeing.
The resources include:
- Classroom ready curriculum resources for Years 9–13.
- Professional learning and development for school staff.
- A range of tools to help schools include alcohol and other drug discussions into wellbeing planning.
Who these resources are for
These resources are designed for a wide range of school staff, including teachers, heads of department, pastoral care staff, school leaders, and school boards.
“Tūturu have been highly involved in helping to work alongside staff and develop AOD understanding with our students and community. They have been involved in a range of AOD initiatives: Hui with our school community, delivered staff PLD, and awareness sessions to senior students.”
