About us
Tūturu is a modern, evidence-based approach to student wellbeing.
Tūturu partners with school leadership and staff to create environments that support student wellbeing, helping young people make informed choices about alcohol and other drugs and develop the skills to navigate complex decisions in the modern world.
We bring schools and health providers together to deliver a comprehensive approach to wellbeing. This spans school climate, pastoral care, professional learning and development for staff, and curriculum resources for students in Years 9 to 13. By strengthening these partnerships, Tūturu develops students’ critical thinking and resilience.
Tūturu is continually evolving in line with the latest evidence on what supports the best wellbeing outcomes for secondary school students in Aotearoa New Zealand. This commitment to ongoing improvement ensures practice remains current, relevant, and effective across diverse school contexts.
