Our professional learning and development resources support school staff to build knowledge and confidence across a range of topics relevant to student wellbeing.

Resources are delivered by your local Tūturu provider or available as free e-learning units you can access at any time. To use the e-learning resources, you need to create an account. This is quick and easy.

Introduces a research-informed approach to supporting students whose family members are experiencing addiction or mental health issues. Covers common coping patterns and how to respond.

Delivered by a health teacher or facilitator, this workshop helps non-health teachers handle sensitive health topics confidently across their subject areas. Covers alcohol and other drugs, vaping, mental health and wellbeing, and gaming and gambling. Staff develop practical approaches for responding to sensitive topics as they arise in their teaching.

Introduces the SACS ABC screening approach and how to use it appropriately in school contexts. Prepares pastoral staff for non-judgemental, supportive conversations with young people about alcohol and other drug use.

Guides boards through the key considerations when adopting a whole-school approach to wellbeing and Alcohol and other drugs. Covers risk and protective factors and supports review of school policies and responses.
