Making Changes is a series of activities that help young people to think critically about their alcohol and other drug use, learn how to draw on their own strengths and take health-promoting actions. These activities can support any young person who has used alcohol or other drugs.
People who are trained in social or health service provision can tailor their own programme by selecting the activities that fit the needs of young people they work with.
