Odyssey supports tāngata whai ora and their whānau to live free from addiction.

Odyssey supports tāngata whai ora – people seeking wellness – and their whānau to live the lives they want, free from drug, alcohol, and other addiction challenges.

Services to support adults range from residential, community, prison and drug court supports. Services to support rangatahi range from residential, school, community and employment-based support. 

About Auckland Tūturu Lead, Corey Tau:

Corey has invested the past six years counselling at schools in South Auckland.

When he is not in the counselling room, Corey coaches high school and representative basketball teams to provide other academic pathways for students. Corey is passionate about empowering tauira, kaimahi and schools to address their needs at a systemic level.

About Tūturu Auckland Lead, Dallas Tagaloasa

Dallas has more than four years of experience in the addiction and wellbeing sector, focusing on supporting youth with drug and alcohol issues, as well as providing addiction and mental health support to young people and their whānau. 

With a background in psychology and health sciences (specialising in drugs and alcohol), Dallas has worked in South Auckland schools, offering brief harm reduction support.

Passionate about empowering young people, particularly within Pasifika communities, Dallas is dedicated to amplifying their voices and creating opportunities for their growth and success. Outside of work, Dallas enjoys playing volleyball competitively for a club in West Auckland and is an anime fan.
